Booking and Scheduling

  • All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or authorized channels
  • We will confirm your booking via email or SMS
  • Service times are estimates and may vary based on property condition
  • You must provide accurate property information and access details
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if safety concerns exist

Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are quoted based on property size, service type, and specific requirements
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged

Customer Responsibilities

Liability and Insurance

  • Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
  • Our liability is limited to the actual cost of repair or replacement, up to the service fee paid
  • We are not responsible for items not properly disclosed or secured

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to address your concerns, which may include re-cleaning the affected areas at no additional charge.

Termination of Service
