Cancellation Notice Requirements
To avoid cancellation fees, please notify us:
- Regular Cleaning Services: At least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
- Deep Cleaning / Move-Out Services: At least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment
- Commercial Services: At least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment
Cancellation Fees
24+ Hours Notice
No cancellation fee - Full refund or reschedule at no charge
12-24 Hours Notice
50% of the scheduled service fee will be charged
Less than 12 Hours Notice or No-Show
100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged
Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling with 24+ hours notice is FREE
- We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new date and time
- Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability
- Multiple reschedules may be subject to fees at our discretion

Weather and Emergency Cancellations
- In case of severe weather or emergencies, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment
- We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs
- No cancellation fees apply for weather or emergency-related cancellations by either party
- We will work with you to reschedule at the earliest available time
Cancellations by HCS
We reserve the right to cancel service if:
- Access to the property cannot be arranged
- The property poses safety risks to our staff
- Property conditions were significantly misrepresented
- Payment issues exist
In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, and no cancellation fee will be charged.
Recurring Service Cancellation
For customers with recurring cleaning schedules:
- You may cancel or pause your recurring service at any time
- Please provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid fees for the next scheduled cleaning
- Individual appointments within your recurring schedule follow the standard cancellation policy
- You can resume your recurring service at any time, subject to availability
Refund Policy
- Refunds for cancellations (when applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- If you are unsatisfied with our service quality, please contact us within 24 hours for resolution
- We offer a satisfaction guarantee and will work to address any concerns
Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. If you have a special situation (medical emergency, family emergency, etc.), please contact us directly. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a fair solution.
